The Cherry Creek Perspective is a monthly email newsletter that describes Cherry Creek real estate development activity and economic news from the surrounding area of Denver.
Cherry Creek is the premier art, restaurant, shopping and mixed use district in the Denver Metropolitan area. It has experienced significant new development activity in recent years, with several high end mixed use retail and residential developments, including Clayton Lane and North Creek. Cherry Creek North is home to a number of national retail tenants including Crate and Barrel, Orvis, Hermes, West Elm, North Face, Whole Foods and Room and Board. It is also home to a number of local retailers and restaurants including Laurence Covell, Pura Vida, North, HW Home, and the venerable Cherry Cricket. The Cherry Creek Shopping Center is located in the district and is the most visited tourist destination in the Denver Metropolitan area. Anchor tenants include Nordstroms, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nieman Marcus and Macy's.
