Developers Diversified Realty has announced that it will redevelop the Tamarac Square retail center in SE Denver with a new Target store.  To total 135,000 SF, the store will also be accompanied with the renovation of a 35,000 SF convenience center that will tenanted by an Ace Hardware store.  Additionally, while also gaining a Chick-fil-A restaurant, the center will retain current tenants Benihana of Tokyo, JPMorgan Chase Bank and Bank of the West.
