A new facility to care for Alzheimers and dementia patients is to be constructed in Littleton by Anthem Memory Care of Portland.  To total 37,500 SF when it opens in the 2nd quarter of 2013, the company purchased its address at 6767 South Broadway for $10 million via Chris Cowan of ARA National Land Services Team in Denver.  The facility is to be known as Highline Place.
