RealtyTrac reports that foreclosure filings in the month of November increased 18.0% from year-ago measures but fell 8.0% from October to total 307,000 households. The state of Nevada posted the highest foreclosure rate in the period and was followed in order by Florida, California, Arizona, Idaho, Michigan, Illinois, Utah, Maryland, and New Jersey.
