Geoff Hauer,

Has been involved in appraisal related business activities since 1998, specializing in niche services for brokers in the Denver area.  Geoff joined James Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2001 as Director of Information Systems and retains that title in an outside consulting capacity.  He oversees the JRES data network and systems, consults on IT related projects for the firm and provides strategic vision regarding the application of technology at JRES.  Geoff earned a Masters Degree in Information Technology from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business in early 2002, is a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado.
